Water tank cleaning is what Mark does more than anything else. Marx Maintenance works in partnership with Concrete Water Tank Repairs to meet the water tank cleaning needs of Albury, Wodonga, Corowa, Rutherglen, Chiltern and the rural properties across North East Victoria and the Southern Riverina.
Vacuum desludging lifts years of sediment off the bottom of the tank — usually without emptying it — so your water tastes right, your filters last, and your tank meets the two-to-three-year clean the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines recommend. Concrete, poly, steel and underground tanks, from a 5,000L household tank to 100,000L-plus farm storage.

Based in Albury and out on the road through North East Victoria and the Southern Riverina. The smaller towns — Corowa, Howlong, Rutherglen, Barnawartha, Chiltern — are exactly the places other operators skip, so they get grouped onto regular runs.
Albury & Wodonga
Marx Maintenance is based in Albury, so Albury and Wodonga are home ground — usually same-week availability and no travel charge.
Corowa
Corowa sits about an hour west of Albury on the Murray, and that distance is exactly why a lot of Albury tradies will not come. We do regular runs out this way.
Howlong
Howlong is a comfortable twenty-five minutes from Albury on the Riverina Highway, so it gets treated much the same as a local job.
Rutherglen
Rutherglen sits in the middle of our North East Victoria run, alongside Wahgunyah, Chiltern and Barnawartha.
Barnawartha
Barnawartha is a short run off the Hume from Albury, and it is one of the towns where a lot of Albury operators simply do not bother going.
Chiltern
Chiltern is on our regular North East Victoria run with Barnawartha, Rutherglen and Wahgunyah.
